Detailed Introduction to Bodhiyana Yoga

~ The Yoga of Three Endeavors and Chariot of Awakening ~
by Yogi Christopher

The yoga of the body is gentleness.

May I always endeavor to love true.

This is kindness.

The yoga of the breath is simplicity.

May I always endeavor to live simply.

This is responsibility.

The yoga of mind is bliss.

May I always endeavor to be honest.

This is integrity.

Bodhiyana Yoga is a unique path born from the meeting of modern hypnosis, traditional Buddhism and primordial yoga.

The techniques of hypnosis help us enter a deeply relaxing, slightly altered state of consciousness, which, in turn, allows us to investigate and directly manipulate the subconscious mind.

Buddhism recognizes human suffering, clearly elucidates its causes in the folly of wishing anything to be different, in turn, recognizing the ultimate end of suffering through the path of interdependence, nonviolence and selflessness.

Primordial yoga, the fundamental union of the presence, emanation and essence of body, speech and mind, is principally a yoga of adaptation, springing forth from the essence of awareness itself, unconditional love.

According to Bodhiyana Yoga, enlightenment is the experience of heavenly abodes and the transcendence of hope and fear. As such, it is the perfect accomplishment of the union of compassion and wisdom.

To fulfill our quantum aspirations, each one of us must learn to calmly walk our own quantum edge, consciously braving the unknown...

In Bodhiyana Yoga, movement is gentle, simple and mindfully integrated with the breath.

Loosely translated, Bodhiyana means “Chariot of Awakening.”

Body, speech and mind, working together, constitute the chariot of awakening.

Our trust in mere awareness of body, speech and mind is the path.

This path reveals the perfection of being, experienced as liberation from suffering and fear.

Ultimately, yoga is about becoming familiar with oneʼs own body, breath and mind.

Through committed yoga practice, oneʼs body is more comfortable and relaxed.

The breath is stronger and more even.

By training the mind, our true nature is revealed and compassionate activity becomes effortless.

Simply put, our practice is just three endeavors:

Love true.

Live simply.

Be honest.

May it be of benefit!
