Four Stages of Meditation

1. Single Pointedness - Calming and focusing the mind.





Clear away any obstacles to seeing the mirror of your own mind.






2. Simplicity - Gaining insight into the nondual space of awareness.





Look into the mirror of mind and become familiar with your own reflections.






3. One Taste - Recognizing the true nature of mind as boundless luminosity.





Recognize your own reflections for what they really are.






4. Nonmeditation - Integrating the recognition of oneʼs true nature in daily life.





Keep the mirror of mind free of obscuration.
